No Refunds for Change of Mind

Please be advised that no refunds will be provided if a customer simply changes their mind about their purchase. We strongly recommend careful consideration before finalising your decision.

Inspection Upon Pickup

Upon picking up your trailer, it is crucial to conduct a thorough inspection to identify any potential issues. Please follow these steps:

  • Visual Inspection: Examine the entire trailer for any signs of damage, including scratches, dents, or structural concerns.
  • Moving Parts Check: Ensure all moving components, such as hinges, latches, and wheels, are functioning correctly and show no signs of excessive wear.
  • Electrical Components: Test lights, brakes, and indicators to confirm they are operating correctly.
  • Interior Check: Inspect the interior for cleanliness, functionality of storage areas, and signs of water damage or mould.

Reporting Faults

Should you identify any faults, please report them to us within seven days of pickup. Here’s how:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Contact our Team via phone or email, providing a detailed description and supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
  2. Guidance and Documentation: A customer service representative will assist you through the fault reporting process and ensure that all relevant details are logged for our records.
  3. Inspection Timeline: Once reported, we will provide a timeline for when the fault will be inspected and resolved.

Fault Examination and Resolution

Upon receiving your report, we will require you to return the trailer or its parts to our facility. Our expert Team will conduct a comprehensive examination and test the reported fault. Based on our assessment, we will take appropriate action:

  • Repair or Replacement: If the item is deemed faulty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
  • Full Refund: A full refund will be issued in cases where the trailer cannot be repaired or exchanged.
